I am diagnosed BPD and PTSD and BIpolar Manic Dep..... I could be in the middle of something and I flash back to a certain incident that happened and Im there but I'm not there....if it was a horrific incident it usually doesn't end well if it wasn't something to horrible when i come back i just get very quiet distant depressed and shut off and go on auto pilot.....
