How do you sit at the computer?
I do a modified #7, the trance. I have something to prop my left elbow up on to help support my upper body. I use it most of the time.

I used to have shoulder and forearm problems from using the computer a lot for work. There are lots of good videos on youtube to get ideas how to help such problems, eg this one for shoulder bursitis:
Anyone else used things like this? Funny how small but frequent exercises can make a huge difference over time for rehabbing these crazy injuries that develop.
