#5 is the closest. I have terrible posture while at my computer. I put my feet on the floor rests of my desk which makes my feet hurt. I am reminded not to sit like that from the pain. I have my chair set as high as I can yet I still look up to see my screen. I have to tilt my head back due to my bifocals and I get a sore neck and a head ache. You think I'd do something to change my posture but I don't. I guess it's because I'm not sure what to do. So, I suffer.
