I consider myself to have CPTSD, but nobody has formally diagnosed this.

Me too sorta. As a child, I was diagnosed with ADHD by multiple different psychiatrists officially. One of them also diagnosed me with adjustment disorder. However, I was 12 years old when that diagnosis was made and I didn't open up about the abuse I experienced until I was 18. My therapist and I suspect that the diagnosis of adjustment was incorrect and was actually c-PTSD. It isn't completely clear. We know I have some sort of anxiety problem, but it may not totally fit the criteria for PTSD.
I was also diagnosed with binge eating disorder by an obesity specialist at 15. The diagnosis was changed to EDNOS after I had bariatric surgery because I'm not physically capable of binging anymore
So officially, ADHD and EDNOS. Probable anxiety issue like c-PTSD
