I woke up at 1pm yesterday dressed in bed . I missed the intire day but at least i went to class. So i went to my psychiatrist appointment. It was an hour long. I thoguht my T was going but she wasn't and i did not know that. I was very uncomfortable with him and being alone with a man. he asked really personal questions and some i wouldn't answer . then i lost time and he said he was looking around for a toy. anyways, i was also a nervous reck with him. my anxiety was high when i left his office. Does anyone else go through this. and why would he want to talk to me with out my Therapist present. I dont know what he think but he did raise the lexapro. and put me on sleeping pills.
