My T and I talked about this some more today and he reiterated his view that labels aren't that useful. He is pretty critical of the tendency to turn seemingly everything into a personality disorder in the DSM, and proceeded to jokingly diagnose me with Hair Movement Disorder as I had just brushed my hair back.
