hey i'm on 6 psych meds, and have some nerve damage that prevents my body from regulating heat properly, so...... when it gets 70 degrees or higher, it can be honestly dealy......

just thoguht we could get a list going of good ideas on how to keep cool, so everyone on the forum can benefit from it
