This will be an issue with your browser, not the PC website. What browser are you using e.g. Firefox, Internet Explorer?

I had the same experience: I used to get Verdana when typing in the boxes, then I started getting Times. I went into my Firefox settings and changed the default typeface to what I wanted (Verdana 14pt, in my case) which sorted it.
