LOL! What really got me was when a fellow I was dating came over and said that he was upset that I didn't make any effort to clean up my place before he came over. He felt it showed disrespect and lack of interest toward him. I told him that I had spent two hours frantically cleaning the place and that it was sparkling compared to before. He said "Oops." And that ended the date and I never saw him again. Granted, that was a little extreme. I even laughed at his hyperbole that the state of my apartment showed disrespect toward him. That was a doozy!
