I can really relate to all this, but I do feel better when I get something done. I try to time myself, and limit myself, so it's not so overwhelming. Seems to help. The people that live with me and those that come by do seem to notice and appreciate. I believe they associate the messiness/cleanliness of the house with my mood and mental health! Don't really have any of the hoarder ****-type probs though, when I'm on a tear, away it goes. Just often don't get that way enuff, I guess. Can sure relate! The best!
