I actually am quite the opposite. I don't observe much at all - not sure if this is a bad thing in T, but in my life it's not good. I seem to have tunnel vision or something. Not sure what that's all about....sometimes in therapy I will tell myself to pay attention to what T is wearing, what his face looks like, etc. or otherwise it feels like I wasn't even there afterward or like it was a dream.

I know this sounds strange but not sure how else to describe it
