You need to report her immediately to her boss, whether that is the corporate office or whoever. That is completely unacceptable and illegal. I had a similar, although less aggressive, boss and didnt report her until I quit. I now regret that decision. She was the only manager in the office, so I was uncomfortable calling corporate. I now wish i had though. good luck
