I didn't used to look around much at first but now I 'office scan'. My T puts everything that lives in the room back in its rightful place between clients, but I notice where his bag is, his iPad that he uses for emails, and his water bottle. I also tend to notice what he's wearing. I know he wears a gold wedding ring as well.
