weight-loss: 8052 steps-okay; eating - bad too much because I was feeling in pain and wanted to distract myself.
de-clutter: 20 items tossed.
social: - just bad - i wish I was a hermit in a cave on a deserted island.
Tomorrow: I can start anew.
