Are you still taking the Prozac?

Sorry you are having this experience. If I were you I would continue with the prozac. I have been having a couple days of intense anxiety, but I am choosing to continue prozac because I know my anxiety condition involves episodes like that anyway. I think that it is easy to fear/blame the meds.
