Hun.. hang in there.. I can imagine how difficult it is to look at the brother you love and once knew only to see a shell of that person.. a mere stranger....

I think all you can do is be there... loving him.. let him know that you love him...

I believe everyone has a purpose on this earth and one day both of you will know what that is.. both of you will have some control over this illness...just stay strong...
