I know what you're going through. Smoking is an addiction. I'm trying to quit myself but when I sit down to have a drink I have to have a cig.

I love the rush and it relaxes me.

I suggest u try the nicotine patches. I don't want to discourage u but they never worked for me.

My doctor recommended Wellbutrin. I have to see if my med insurance will cover some of the costs. Anyway, don't give up on yourself. You are not alone.
