The main question is, what constitutes a superhero? If you argue that it requires special powers then neither batman nor iron man would qualify (iron man has no powers, anybody can wear his suit and fly etc.).

Without first having a clear established definition of a super hero, all subsequent questions have no foundations on which to be answered
