I wrote a letter: Dropping it off in his mail slot, with this weeks payment.

Here it is...certain parts ****'d out....

*******,
In April, you expressed a desire to ensure that you received your rent, and that you would arrange for me, to pay you, on a weekly basis. In May, I payed you, four weeks worth of rent, totaling $??????. The weekly amounts are $??????. You said that you see these arrangements all the time, with the IRS.
Now, I am current through 6/7/13. And am submitting payment, for week ending 6/14/13.
I am confused, by why you yelled on my voicemail, and threatened to have me, a single mom, with MS, leave a home that I have resided in for almost 4 years.
I consider myself a good tenant. I don't throw wild parties, I am a sober individual, who works hard for a living. Which, by the way, I was recently promoted to ******, at the ******l, in ******. That was in May.
I am baffled by the implications that you may have rescinded your verbal offer to have me pay, rent, on a weekly basis.
Included with this letter, is my rent check for the second week in June.
I am not often available to talk on the phone, due to struggling to help my three sons with their homework, two of which have developmental delays and receive extra speech and language services through the Town. I need to focus my energies on practicing with them, and aiding my oldest. Who, by the way, placed 3rd in the State for Youth Wrestling and is now going to start full contact football in the Fall, with many of his friends. My other two sons are also part of the wrestling program.
I would appreciate, knowing why, you are considering me late on the rent?!
I am an upstanding member of this community, just as much as anyone else. And am appalled, that because I've been through some struggles this year, I am basically going to be forced into no mans land, with my credit troubles, from when I first become ill, when I was 25 years old.
My mom, passed away from ovarian cancer over three years ago. I was her only child. I have a small family, and have lived rather independent all these years. I am current with my electric and renters insurance and car insurance, and in case anyone is wondering why I have a new vehicle, my uncle gifted me his old one, when he upgraded this year, because my other car, had rotted on the undercarriage and wouldn't pass inspection, even though it passed the year prior.
