The only reason that I started going was because it was convenient. I was too nervous to try a place that was separate from school because of the expense and the risk of having people question where I am going. I might be a bit paranoid, but I don't really want to tell anyone what's going on right now!

You could always try school and see if it's worth it for you. They probably could offer good references for other places to seek therapy too.
