Hello,

New member here. was hesitant to start posting on a forum like this, hopefully postive for me. I am currently diagnosed with just insomnia and depression, however always felt like it was more complicated than that. Periodically check symptoms online and recently ready about personality disorders more so BPD. Had an almost episode at work today which made me come on here. Hope to read about situations that are like my own so I dont feel so different all the time.
