I read a book by Mary Ellen Copeland, it was a workbook on bipolar disorder and depression. I guess I didnt know it was a workbook, because I cant seem to remember to do those things. I guess I should try not to be lazy... I recently bought "The New Mood Therapy" by Dr David Burns. So far, it seems very good and logical. In fact, last time I read it I got mad and put the book down, because I knew he was describing me and habits are sooo hard to break
