I heard that taking pictures of your meal and uploading it to tumblr or something can help dieting if your a visual learner. Then you have a clear representation of what you are putting in your body and can see the progression towards healthier meals

I haven't tried it but someone on youtube lost 10 lbs doing this and its something I think Ill eventually do.
