I am worried about you. Do you have anyone to talk to about these problems? Like a T or a family doc? This situation is very serious and you and your brother need help.
Please don't think your brother would be better off if he died. Death is so forever. He just needs help.
Also, you don't want your parents to go through that total sadness if you both were gone. It may just take it over the top for them both.
I hope you can find someone to talk to and get yourself well and then, you can help your brother.
