I was reading a book on stoic philosophy and they basically said that the sky is blue 8 out of 10 days but we often only notice when it is bad out. So you look up at the sky and say wow it's blue, just think it doesnt have to be blue today,but it is. I don't know what you were reading, Sometimes. Sounds too simplistic and dismissive to me. Try reading Marcus Aurelius or Epictetus...or Seneca.
