Hence the expression "Alone in a crowded room". I've felt it too but with me I kinda know why. I have a hard time connecting with people. First just with making social chit chat. I just don't know what to say. And, I find it hard to connect with people on any real or meaningful level. I've actually been accused of being stand offish or cold. Really the only way I get to connect with others if there is a shared interest or subject, like here on the forums
