Hi All:
For several months now, my mornings have been difficult for me. I just can't get moving, including weekends.
I understand weekdays when I'm heading to work (first panic attack occurred at work, light headed feeling worst there), but my weekends
I do function ok once I get up and moving, but it is getting harder to do this.
My family doc essentially said I'm not just a morning person. My med mgmt. doc increased my klonopin. Therapist suggested mindfulness techniques. I just started going to a naturopath doc and waiting for blood test results.
