Hi dear Wolfie ~ Well, first you DO need to write down the times this happens. lol. I know it's probably bothersome and maybe even triggering, but you DO need to do it.

Plus you need to share it with your therapist! Why do you worry about sharing it with her? Are you afraid she'll judge you? Heavens sakes no! She's not there to judge. She's there to help!
Are there any things you particularly LIKE to do -- things that you haven't done in awhile that you used to do??? Perhaps you could start doing them again, huh?
Do you have a bike? A bike ride would be great every now and then. It's good exercise, but it's also fun to SEE things that you don't see in a car.
Take a walk -- walking is also great exercise, and a way to see & meet neighbors, and just be outside! It doesn't have to be a LONG walk.
Do you like to read? Go to the library. There are lots of people there, plus you can pick up a few books that maybe you've wanted to read but just haven't bothered to get.
Volunteer -- Maybe the Senior Center could use someone to help out.

You could find out. Or perhaps the Hospital could use a volunteer. I would LOVE to work on the Pediatrics floor.

I love children.
Just thought I'd give you a few ideas of things to do. I know it's tough to not have anything to do. I'm disabled and pretty much housebound, and I get so bored I could scream sometimes. Most of the time I'm okay with it since I'm used to it. But there ARE times. LOL I wish you the very best Wolfie. PLEASE let us know how it goes, will you? God bless you my friend. And take care. Hugs, Lee
