Hi, it sounds like you might be having a mixed episode. I do not know how long you have been on your current medication, but it may need to be tweeked. I would call you psychiatrist and ask your doctor about it. You should be aware of your moods, it is very important to keep track of them and let your doctor know how you are feeling. I downloaded a great free mood tracking software for my desktop, also available for phone. It is called Optimism. Check any search engine, it will help you, you can chart your moods, keep a journal and even print out your mood chart for your doctor and therapist to try to find patterns to keep yourself aware of how you are feeling. It has helped me immensely. I hope you feel better soon.

I've been paying much more attention to my mood since going on medication so I'm not totally sure if this is normal for me or I should be worried. Then again I thought I just had.ptsd lol surrrprise =S. Anyway I just wanted to know if this is normal or if I should be worried.
