That might make a fine TV show for speeding around the house in record time but it really did nothing to ready me quicker for work in the early morning. Do One thing at a time. Example: Celebrate washing the dishes. Celebrate that you can do this.

Speaking of using a central place for note taking, you might want to consider something computerized. I've found having the note on a computer is MUCH more ADHD friendly than having a physical piece of paper. (and apologies if thats already obvious, or if you've already tried it.)
