It feels particularly yucky when your support group doesn't feel supportive. I am in a 12 step group also and conflict can arise there but I sure don't like it when it does. I try to remember that we are all humans with problems who are trying to get better -- that helps some. The other thing that helps is to call my sponsor and talk it out.
Whatever is going on right now that is causing my anxiety will pass, it always does ... but I forget that part.
