Well I've already been to the doctors to try and get help for depression and anxiety and I'm currently having CBT but when my depression is bad, it's bad, but I noticed something about my moods because they aren't consistent and i wrote them down. I wonder if this is normal with someone with anxiety! because when I'm in a better mood, it's nowhere near as bad when I'm really depressed.
Tuesday - Depressed mood
Wednesday - Normal mood
Thursday - Good mood
Friday - Good mood
Saturday - Good mood
Sunday - Depressed mood
Monday - Depressed mood
Tuesday - Mildly depressed mood
Wednesday - Normal mood
Thursday - Good mood
Friday - Normal Mood
Saturday - Mixed mood
I wrote these down over a little period of time.
