They are Raphaella Coconut Truffles From Tamaulipas Mexico, my mother-in-law buys candy there in bulk and I saved these for a special occasion. They are soft white chocolate on the outside with crunchy coconut flakes and firm white fudge on the inside. I've made truffles before at home, but they do not come close to these. We're BBQing Ribeye on the grill, got the kids in the pool and watching Grease Lightening and Hansel & Gretel with my in-laws today.
