It sounds like sometimes you're in a good mood, which is a blessing. You might want to check out the criteria for hypo/manic episodes for bipolar disorder, you can find it on the Internet. Keep in mind, hypomanic or manic episodes are diagnosed as such in part because they have a very negative impact on your functioning, or for some, quite a destructive impact. There's nothing pathological about feeling good/confident, etc. sometimes. However, if you have doubts, I suggest you see a psychiatrist (who are much more qualified to diagnose than a PCP/GP) or if you already have one, share your concerns. Best of luck!
