I used to think this. Then I realised I would sometimes mention something as a throwaway line in T then expand on it here. My T would pick it up next time and I'd feel guilty as sometimes I mention things on here that I want to go into deeper in T, but T beats me to the punch and magically brings it up. But in reality its only because I've mentioned it in passing or alluded to it or something in my sessions.
