Mine is very similar to yours. I feel almost bipolar sometimes. I've notices that the time when I'm really depressed are days when I don't have a lot of plans, or didn't see many people, have many social interactions, etc. Something else that affects me a LOT is if I've slept too long. I love sleeping, but I have to keep my sleep very consistent in order to keep depression at bay. Also, exercising plays a part in it all to. Could any of these things be contributing?
