Gracez, that sudden energy you describe - I had that with my second session of shiatsu. I didn't feel it with the first. But it was very strange, I felt completely relaxed one minute then in the next it felt as if all this energy build up was trying to escape through my front! I can't say I was comfortable with it, purely because I'd never felt it before.
