I understand low energy in the mornings, I have the hardest time getting up out of bed, I have to force myself, so I've started making a list of things I need or want to get done each day, I make the list in the evening for the next day, when Im feeling pretty good, then I check off the items as I do them and sometimes they are as simple as- get up- take a shower--go outside for 30 minutes- talk to someone (anyone) and I push myself one baby step at a time. Some days are easier than others, but everyone is allowed to have bad days.
