I am in a very similar situation to you, though based on your phraseology, in a different country. Sounds like the systems work the same though.

I've been actively searching for jobs, but it's hard to find any that match my need for a workplace without social interaction-!! I've not been applying for jobs I know I can't do, but I have for ones that make me uncomfortable, and also of course just stating right away that I do have anxiety.

After my last job, I'm fed up trying to hide it from an employer - it's only more complicated and people don't understand what's going on and so project their incorrect assumptions, and of course they're almost always negative, which reflects on performance reviews, et cetera. I'm worried that even if I get a job response, I'll just be fired right away or will quit from anxiety. I don't have a college degree, so all of the jobs I'm going for are also being aimed at by everyone else that doesn't PLUS those that do, and by people that aren't requesting special understanding.

I think you just have to trust that what happens next at your appointment will be for the best, as a doctor will tell you what really is best for you. If you're taking care of your needs, the rest will fall into place I think. It sounds like you're doing your best with everything, so as long as you know that, hopefully you can feel a bit better.
