I just discovered PC in the past few days and never posted anything here before. I've been dealing with traumatic memories lately and have had some switching, one of which ended me up in the ER. My anxiety has been up. Can't really put an exact cause on it. I just know I've started taking the Ativan the doc put me on, again. I stopped taking it for a while and wanted to tell him not to prescribe it anymore, but now I'm not so sure I want that. I hardly can get out of my own way sometimes. I am in college and for the first time all semester I am behind in my reading and can't concentrate well enough to remember what I am reading, so I am afraid to try...which just keeps me stuck. I'm not sure how this posting works, so I guess that's all I'll say for now.
