I think it depends, for both genders. Of course there are places that must be shaved.

So it all depends on the hair. Too much hair can be disgusting. Otherwise, it shows some masculinity.

I can't say whether men should shave their facial hair or not. Men differes on that of course and whether it suits them or not.
