Well, it was his assistant actually. Two months ago, she told me over the phone that I have a hearing date set for August 21. Today, I got a letter confirming it and letting me know that my lawyer wants me to come in one more time beforehand. The letter also stated that I will be getting another letter soon from the "hearing people." Even tho I dont know for sure if I'll win the case, its still a relief.
