I'd get back on medications now while you're under this stress. Stress is a major
factor in promoting an episode.
When I was medicated on lithium and seroquel I had chronic stress that would not go away, though my mood wasnt up or down. as soon as I woke up I had a general feeling of stress. I told my Pdoc about the stress and he said there wasnt anything he could do, And asked me bluntly what I needed for stress and I suggested a benzo because other people get it and said he just said no. I had to quit my job because of the stress and im still looking for another job. Last month he gave me 7 mgs of ativan and he made me feel like a peice of crap for asking.
