For the past 2 weeks I've spent my mornings crying as soon as I wake up, then I go to my university Then work and I feel like myself during those long hours. And then as soon as I come back home I'm either pissed off or I feel like crap and I start to cry again.
I don't know how to deal with these emotions, I'm a very collected person and I usually deal with my emotions calmly. I guess I am still very upset over breaking up with my gf of 6 years.
But damn it, this is not me and I hate this.
