Do you see a therapist right now?
I think that not staying in your house/room all day will help. (Like walking outside!) Also figuring out the trigger of the depression (if there is one!) and whether or not it means you need a med change if it came out of nowhere.
Also try not to sleep for more then 8-9 hours or take naps. (Or however much is your average amount of sleep that leads you to feeling refreshed)
