my slum landlord has finally took his finger out of his bum and took some positive action in regards to a dangerous resident, it took him 6 months to put fire extinginshers and fire blankets back in the halls and kitchen after a resident threw them all out claiming they were evil,

he refused to replace them or sanction the resident then, now after the fire brigade was called this weekend after he set off all the fire alarms in the building, the fire brigade told the landlord to replace the equiptment, he did and the resident threw them out again, so today the resident has been moved out to another property owned by the landlord , we get our fire extingishers and fire blankets back, and all is well in the land of mellors
