Hey, I know what your saying. I will tell you that my t tells me to focus on breathing, breath in, breath out and acknowledge the thoughts or feelings without judgement as they go by. The only thing you can have power over is yourself and how you deal with the nonsense life offers. It helps me to relax a lot. Napping is not a sign of failure. It's a healthy way of shutting down when you need to recharge. Hope it gets better.
