I would give yourself a break from the pressure to be better. It has taken me 5 years from my last major episode to feel "normal" again. A lot of things are similar to things you have described. I lost a lot of confidence and my day to day functioning, memory and motivation were all affected.
Try to set goals for the short term, and give yourself rewards for your achievements. Gradually you will see your functioning improve.
