A number of different approaches have helped me, so I chose more than one. I'll be interested to see how this poll grows - right now I notice CBT, psychodynamic and writing (journaling I suppose) are in the lead. I have used all of those, they seem to help in different ways. I should have added bibliotherapy, but I find the right mindset in a book will help, and the wrong ones only make me feel more confused, so that has been a mixed bag.
