For me it's been a combination of knowledge from reading, person centred therapy but maybe had more to do with the connection i had with that therapist, CBT for help with the negative thoughts playing in my head, and now just started trauma therapy which is somatic therapy and emdr and i think it's going to be really good at getting to the crux of all the issues i have. It's also helped me to do art in my own time to draw out my emotions but i haven't had art therapy or anything.
